By creating an account, accessing, or using the Makitee platform, website, mobile application, and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Makitee is a social, business, and event connection platform that allows users to discover events, connect with event communities, communicate with attendees, follow artists and vendors, upload media, participate in private and public events, and access event-related services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Makitee.

If you are under the age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, you may only use Makitee with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account.

• Keep your login credentials confidential.

Makitee supports both public and private events.

Private events may require:

• Event Codes

• QR Verification

• Organizer Approval

Event organizers are responsible for managing access to their events and communities.

Certain event features may only be available after a successful QR code scan or event verification process.

Verification may unlock:

• Event galleries

• Event chat rooms

• Community features

• Event-specific content

Makitee reserves the right to limit access to unverified users.

Users retain ownership of content they upload.

By uploading content to Makitee, you grant Makitee a non-exclusive license to:

• Store

• Display

• Share

• Process

• Distribute

the content within the platform as necessary to provide the service.

You may only upload content you have permission to share.

Users may not upload, post, share, or distribute:

• Illegal content

• Hate speech

• Harassment or bullying

• Pornographic material

• Violent or graphic content

• Copyright-infringing material

• Fraudulent or misleading information

• Spam or unsolicited advertising

Makitee may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

Makitee provides community and messaging features.

Users agree to:

• Treat others respectfully

• Avoid harassment or abuse

• Refrain from spamming communities

• Follow organizer and event rules

Makitee may moderate content where necessary.

Users may leave ratings and reviews for vendors, artists, businesses, and events.

Reviews must be:

• Honest

• Accurate

• Non-defamatory

Makitee reserves the right to remove fraudulent or abusive reviews.

Makitee may provide safety and emergency assistance tools, including SOS alerts.

By using these features, you acknowledge:

• Location information may be shared with event organizers, security teams, or designated responders.

• Makitee is not an emergency service provider.

• SOS features are intended to assist communication and do not guarantee emergency response.

In life-threatening emergencies, users should contact local emergency services directly.

Businesses, vendors, artists, and organizers are responsible for:

• The accuracy of their profiles

• Their products and services

• Compliance with applicable laws

Makitee is not responsible for transactions, agreements, or disputes between users and third parties.

Event organizers are responsible for:

• Event information accuracy

• Event access control

• Event safety arrangements

• Compliance with local laws

Makitee acts as a platform provider only.

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription fees, billing periods, and package benefits will be displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

Some Makitee services may be released as pilot, beta, or early-access features.

These features may:

• Change without notice

• Be modified or discontinued

• Contain errors or limitations

User feedback may be used to improve the platform.

Your use of Makitee is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information necessary to provide our services.
